The Russian trading company Defender was founded in 1990. The brand got its name (translated from English as “defender”) due to the purpose of the first product that was released onto the market. Then Defender introduced the familiar protective screens for computer monitors, which were very popular in the nineties. The purpose of the screens was to minimize computer radiation, which all old monitors were guilty of.

Over time, Defender began to expand its range, settling in the market of peripheral devices and computer accessories. All brand products are manufactured in factories located in East Asia and Western Europe.
